Hearing Aid Repairs
We do not have a walk in-service; patients are seen by appointment only.
We have a drop off repair service at the Main Reception of the Gilbert Bain Hospital. You can leave your hearing aids, fill in a form with your details, and the hearing aids will be repared and either sent back via the post, or you will be contacted when they are ready for collection.
We do operate a postal service where you can label and post in your hearing aid and we will post it back to you the same day it is received (not Saturday or Sunday).
Hearing Aid Batteries
Hearing aid batteries can be collected from all Health Centres across the Islands or contact the department by phone or email and we will post out to you.
