Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information (FoI) (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) and The Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EISR) give people the right to ask for and be given information from a wide range of public organisations in Scotland, including NHS Shetland.
All requests for information and requests for review must still be responded to promptly, and in no more than 20 working days.

Please note that NHS Shetland does not have any Mental Health or Learning Disability in-patient beds.
