What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is a science-based profession which considers the whole person when approaching their health & well-being, to help restore movement & function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, WHO)

How can I help myself?
Evidence shows that there are many conditions which improve with time, good self-management & staying active.

There are lots of things you can do to improve your own, and your family’s health and well-being.
